By Former presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, has congratulated Nigerian chef Hilda Baci on her latest Guinness World Record achievement for preparing the Largest Serving of Nigerian-style Jollof Rice, weighing 8,780 kilograms.
Obi described the feat as “an extraordinary accomplishment” and a clear example of what young Nigerians can achieve when talent, hard work and opportunity align.
“This is a powerful symbol of what our people can achieve when passion, hard work and opportunity are united. It reflects the limitless potential that resides in our youth,” Obi said.
He further emphasised that Nigerian youths are endowed with talents that can set global standards, noting that with adequate investment, support and access to opportunities, there would be no limit to what the nation can become.
“May this be one among many more records to come. A New Nigeria is POssible,” he added.
Hilda Baci’s recognition adds to her growing list of accomplishments and once again positions Nigerian creativity and resilience on the world stage.
