By Dare Shogaolu, 30, alias “Super M,” was arrested by the Lagos police during a stop and search operation in the Mushin area. He had a pistol on him. This is according to a statement today by the Lagos State Police Command on their official social media accounts.
The police said the suspect was arrested by the Anti-Crime Patrol Team of the Mushin Division of the Lagos State Police Command, led by the Divisional Police Officer.
According to the Police force, he was arrested along Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) Road, where the suspect was said carrying a polythene bag. Inside the bag, the police found a pistol, a black leather purse, charms, and three pairs of slippers, the police force added.
The police emphasized that the suspect has been engaging in criminal activities in the area. He is said to have caused disturbances in the area. He is currently in police custody. The police are working hard to arrest all members of the suspect’s gang according to the Lagos State police force command.
