Barrister Damilola Ayinde Marshal who is the current Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu in the Tourism, Arts and Culture sector has publicly declared her intention to run a seat in the Lagos State House of Assembly.
She is the daughter of well known Fuji musician King Wasiu Ayinde Marshall commonly called KWAM 1 and she announced her choice to her followers on Instagram today.
Barrister Damilola added that she announces her interest in serving the people of Constituency 2 Surulere. She pointed out that 12 years as a lawyer enabled her to understand the issues of governance, justice, and the needs of the people.
She emphasized that her history has equipped her to respond to the needs of her Constituency.
The SSA also emphasized that she cares about youth empowerment, and she would become an advocate of the youth.
Barrister Damilola identified herself as a young woman of excellence and results ,who is willing to assume the role of leadership and work round the clock on behalf of her constituents.
She then concluded by asserting that she is driven by the desire to serve, and to make sure that the needs of the people are represented and addressed in the House of Assembly of Lagos State.
