Army Moves to Boost Training, Logistics Cooperation in Kaduna

Nigeria- The Nigerian Army said this morning that the Commandant of the Nigerian Army School of Military Police (NASMP), Brigadier General Onalo Yakubu, paid courtesy visits to senior military formations in Kaduna State. The formations included the 1 Division of the Nigerian Army, the Defence Industries Corporation of Nigeria (DICON), the Nigerian Army School of Infantry (NASI), and the Command Engineering Depot (CED).

The Army said the visits were meant to strengthen existing cooperation, particularly in the areas of training, logistics and intelligence sharing.

It added that the commanders of the formations welcomed Brigadier General Yakubu and expressed their readiness to continue working closely with NASMP. The Army also said Brigadier General Yakubu emphasized that stronger collaboration would help improve professionalism, discipline and operational effectiveness at the Nigerian Army School of Military Police.
