Young striker Jaime Barroso has signed a new contract with Real Madrid, reaffirming his commitment to the Spanish club as he continues his development within their youth system.
The highly rated forward, born in 2007, attracted interest from several clubs but opted to remain in Madrid, expressing his desire to continue his growth with the Spanish giants.
Barroso is regarded as one of the promising young talents in Real Madrid’s academy, and the new deal is seen as part of the club’s strategy to secure the future of emerging prospects.
Meanwhile, Ousmane Dembélé has addressed speculation surrounding his future at Paris Saint‑Germain, stating that he currently sees no reason to leave the French champions.
Speaking on his situation, the French winger noted that he is open to staying at the club but stressed that contract negotiations are handled by his representatives.
“There’s no reason not to stay at PSG, but it’s not me who negotiates and makes the decisions,” Dembélé said.
He further explained that discussions regarding his contract are conducted between the club and his agent.
“I haven’t been involved in contract negotiations since the start of my career. Discussions for my contracts are between the club and my agent,” he added.
Dembélé joined Paris Saint-Germain from FC Barcelona and has remained an important figure in the team’s attacking setup.
