INEC emphasized that details circulating online regarding election dates, campaign periods, or party primary windows are speculative and do not reflect the Commission’s plans or position. The public, political parties, and all stakeholders are urged to rely only on official INEC communications for accurate updates.
The Commission reassured Nigerians that it remains committed to transparency and will provide official announcements regarding the 2027 elections in due course through its verified channels.
