By The Lagos State Police Command has shared a message through its official social media platforms, urging residents to be security conscious.
In the message released today, the Command informed the public that it remains prepared to respond to emergencies. The Police Command also encouraged Lagos residents to keep important emergency contact numbers in order for residents to reach the police when needed.
The Police further added that maintaining safety is not only the duty of law enforcement agencies but also responsibilities for everyone. Residents were advised to report any suspicious activity or situation they notice around them.
According to the statement by the Lagos State Police command :
“Your safety remains our top priority.
The Lagos State Police Command is always ready to respond-save these emergency lines and stay connected with us.
Security is everyone’s responsibility. If you see something, say something.”
