Lagos, Nigeria — The Lagos State Security Trust Fund announced today that it has donated four operational vehicles to the Anti Crime Patrol Squad, a newly introduced initiative of the Lagos State Police Command, aimed at strengthening rapid response to security incidents across Lagos State, according to a statement issued by the Fund.
According to the Lagos State Security Trust Fund, the vehicles were officially handed over by its Executive Secretary and Chief Executive Officer, Ayodele Ogunsan, to the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, Olohundare Moshood.
The statement said the Commissioner of Police commended the Executive Secretary and the Fund for their continued support toward enhancing the operational capacity of the Command. He also assured, according to the Fund, that the vehicles would be deployed effectively to support policing duties across the state.
The Lagos State Security Trust Fund stated that the donation underscores its ongoing commitment to equipping security agencies and strengthening security operations in Lagos State.
