According to a statement issued by the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Ayanlade Olayinka, the exercise is being organised by the Police Service Commission in collaboration with the Nigeria Police Force and will run until April 18, 2026.
The command said the screening exercise for applicants in Oyo State will be held at the Officers’ Mess, Oyo State Police Command Headquarters located in Eleyele.
Shortlisted candidates are required to visit the recruitment portal to confirm their status and print their invitation slips, which contain the specific date and time for their screening.
The police said applicants must appear at the venue with their invitation slip, screening forms, proof of physical and mental fitness from a government-recognised medical facility, NIN printout or NIMC card, O’ Level certificate, birth certificate or declaration of age, and a certificate of local government or state of origin duly signed by the appropriate authority.
Candidates applying as specialists are also expected to present relevant trade test certificates, while all applicants must submit completed guarantor forms along with both original and duplicate copies of their credentials arranged in separate white flat files with recent passport photographs attached.
The command further directed that applicants must appear in white T-shirt, white shorts, white canvas shoes and white stockings as prescribed for the screening exercise.
