As the current Chairman of ECOWAS, President Tinubu will also deliver an address at Eko Hotels and Suites, highlighting the organisation’s achievements and vision. The ceremony will feature a keynote review of ECOWAS’s five-decade journey by NIIA Chairman and former External Affairs Minister, Prof. Bolaji Akinyemi, followed by a panel discussion.

He will also virtually commission several roads in Kano, Katsina, and Jigawa States, including the Kano-Kanwar-Danja-Hadejiya Section II Road, Yakasai-Zalli Road, and the Zaria-Hunkuyi-Dabai corridor.
President Tinubu is expected to observe the Eid-el-Kabir prayers at the State House, Dodan Barracks, before returning to Abuja.
