By AfrikTimes captured heaps of refuse dumped by traders and residents along Amikanle Road in Alimosho, Lagos, which some residents say pose a serious threat to public health.
Some residents said, in this axis, some streets are being attended to by the Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA), while others are not.
They also said the waste is affecting the environment, they claimed it causes unpleasant smells and urged the authorities to ensure that the waste is being collected on every street.
