Sanwo-Olu Completes Lagos Multi-Agency Complex in Alausa

Jubril Gawat, Senior Special Assistant on New Media to Babajide Sanwo-Olu, stated on X that the Lagos State Multi-Agency Complex project has been completed and unveiled by the Lagos State Governor.

According to Gawat, the Lagos State Multi-Agency Complex project site covers an area of approximately 2.01 hectares of land in Alausa, Ikeja.

He stated that the project comprises three blocks of buildings: A, B, and C.

Gawat explained that the building blocks have the following characteristics: Block B comprises eight floors, whereas Blocks A and C have five floors each. All three blocks have a penthouse on the topmost floor of the building, which will be used primarily for conference purposes.

He added that the first two floors of each building are designated for parking purposes, whereas the remaining floors will be used for offices.

According to him, the project is part of the infrastructure legacies of Governor Sanwo-Olu and will be commissioned by the President.
