Head coach of Liverpool Football Club, Arne Slot has expressed confidence in the backing he is receiving from the club’s leadership despite a challenging period on the pitch.
Slot stated that he continues to feel strong support from the club’s hierarchy, describing the environment at Liverpool as one that stands by its managers during difficult moments.
“This is probably the nicest club to struggle at because you feel the support. This club has always shown in different periods that everyone is there for you.”
The Dutch manager emphasised that the unity within the club; from the ownership and board to the staff and supporters provides reassurance even when results are not going as expected.
Slot, who took charge at Liverpool following the departure of Jürgen Klopp, has faced scrutiny amid inconsistent performances, but his comments suggest the club’s leadership remains patient and supportive as he continues to implement his ideas at Anfield.
