Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE has released an official list of 32 approved platforms through which Nigerians can subscribe to its shares once the public offer opens.
The list, published on the refinery’s dedicated IPO website, includes banks, fintech companies, mobile money operators, and the Nigerian Exchange’s investment platform. The company issued a clear warning to potential investors alongside the list, urging them to use only the confirmed channels and avoid any third-party platforms not officially recognized.

The 32 approved channels fall into four categories: 19 banks, 10 fintech companies, two mobile network operators, and NGX Invest.

Fintechs (10)
Bamboo, Flutterwave, InvestNaija, Ladder, Moniepoint, Paga, Payaza, PiggyVest, Vetiva Invest, and we.yan.
Mobile Operators (2)
Airtel SmartCash and MTN MoMo.

Share Price and Minimum Subscription
According to information currently listed on the refinery’s IPO website, shares are priced at ₦525 each, with a minimum subscription requirement of 10 shares. This puts the smallest possible investment at ₦5,250.
The share sale forms part of Dangote Refinery’s broader strategy to raise capital directly from Nigerian retail and institutional investors through the sale of ordinary shares, giving members of the public a stake in one of the continent’s largest energy infrastructure projects.
Investors interested in participating are advised to confirm eligibility and the process directly through any of the listed channels before the offer opens.
